suprklein is a name rooted in the dualities that shape our work.
super speaks to what rises above the ordinary - design that feels elevated, considered, and quietly exceptional. It evokes the desire to craft spaces that carry grace in their simplicity and purpose in every gesture.
klein, the Dutch word for “small,” reflects our devotion to scale, precision, and the craft of making space work harder and feel softer. It honours the corners and niches, the millimetres that matter, the intimate moments where a home becomes personal.
Together, supr + klein form a philosophy:
that thoughtful design, whether for a compact apartment or a generous family home, can elevate daily life;
that simplicity can feel luxurious;
that clarity can be deeply comforting;
that even the smallest space holds extraordinary potential when shaped with care.
Our practice exists at this meeting point: where the elevated and the intimate coexist, where purpose meets poetry, and where homes, in all their sizes, are crafted to serve life beautifully.

Studio
suprklein is a studio shaped by the belief that a home should do more than function - it should breathe, uplift, and quietly transform the rhythm of everyday life. We work across scales, from compact city apartments to expansive family houses, always seeking that balance where intelligence meets imagination, and practicality gives way to something quietly beautiful.
Our approach begins in the spaces between things: the line where light turns, the pause before a corner opens, the subtle choreography of how people move through their days. Every project grows from a clear conceptual spine - a narrative that guides decisions about proportion, flow, and feeling. We explore how rooms speak to one another, how materials meet, how even the smallest junction can carry intention.
Refinement is our way of seeing. Simplicity, our way of speaking. We pare back until only what matters remains, allowing homes to feel coherent, calm, and unexpectedly alive. Moments of delight are woven in gently - a shift in ceiling height, a playful turn of light, a surprising pocket of space that makes a home feel truly yours.
Design, for us, begins with conversation. We listen. We observe. We explore bold possibilities and quiet ones. Together with our clients, we shape homes that are deeply personal: spaces attuned to daily rituals, to character, to aspiration. Whether reimagining an existing home or crafting a new one, each project is considered with care, crafted with precision, and held together by a sense of warmth.
Every home is an opportunity to create something thoughtful, graceful, and quietly expressive - a place that feels intentional, lived-in, and unmistakably yours.
Nadiah Najib (Principal)
Nadiah moves through the world with a quiet attentiveness, noticing the things most people overlook - the softened edge of morning light, the rhythm of footsteps through a narrow hall, the way a home seems to breathe when it is finally allowed to rest. These are the details that guide her work.
As the founder of suprklein, she designs homes that feel both utterly calm and quietly alive. Her architectural training gives her a sharp understanding of proportion and structure; her instincts lend each project a sense of intimacy and grace. She believes that the spaces we inhabit shape our emotional lives, and that a home, no matter its size, should feel like a place that holds you.
Her other world unfolds outdoors, across trails and ridgelines, where she spends days moving lightly with only the essentials. An ultralight hiker, Nadiah is captivated as much by the philosophy of minimal living as by the gear itself. Every gram, every seam, every clever fold is studied with care - ultralight tents, sleeping systems, fabrics, clothing, the tiny tools that disappear into a pack - all offering lessons in restraint, intention, and comfort.
These lessons unravel gently into her design practice: create with care, choose with purpose, strip away the unnecessary, but never at the expense of warmth or humanity.
She lives in the Netherlands, forever drawn to alpine paths, wide skies, and the quiet intelligence of small, well-made things. Her work rests at the meeting point of these worlds: architecture shaped by clarity, nature, movement, and the beauty of living well with less.
